HUMAN BEHAVIOR is complex, it's a difficult area to 'quantify,' and behavioral adaptation takes time.
Our 1-day EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT LEADERSHIP workshop begins with completion of the EQ-i 2.0 Assessment so that each participant knows very clearly where they shine, and where they can learn to sparkle even more!
We discuss the necessary skills and abilities of an effective leader, but then dig into the concepts of EQ that allow us to garner such skill. We explore what behavior looks like when EQ is low or imbalanced, and we engage in guided self-reflection exercises and group activities that help us internalize the learnings and build a Personal EQ Development Action Plan.
Each participant also leaves the session with an opportunity to register for a free virtual 1-hour Group EQ Coaching Session, allowing for follow-up discussion and continued learning.
The Cost of this workshop, including the EQ-i 2.0 Assessment and the additional Group EQ Coaching Session, is $650 + tax.
